Terrible Quality

This is a poorly constructed couch. There were missing pieces and one of the side arms does not attach to the couch. I've tried to contact Macys for DAYS to return it but you can't get through to customer service - wait time is always listed as "over 60 minutes" Don't waste your money on the couch!

Not an Adults Couch

This is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. What sucks is that the couch looks great, it looks expensive, but it feels as if it's made of one solid piece of wood. SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I got this thinking my step kid would have plenty of room to sleep on it when she comes, but I was very wrong. I bought it on sale, but it isn't even worth that. It's VERY small, and there aren't real seat cushions. It's too uncomfortable to sit on, let alone lay on. If I could give it zero stars I would. I'm very very disappointed in this purchase and I definitely will not be ordering furniture from Macy's again.
