I couldn’t have disliked this recliner more!

The firm unwielding seat portion is too hard for me. I got fooled by the stuffed arms, thinking I would happily sink into it. The leg segment does not raise to even being level to the floor, let alone raising a bit higher as the reclining back does. It feels very off to have my legs aimed downward. The stuffed arms won’t last long as they don’t seem to be of a density full enough to maintain their shape. Finally, the remote control doing the lifting is poorly designed. Claiming this to have a true dual motor is inaccurate. So sad - would love to return it. Can I?
