Beautiful but small defects

This item is beautiful and looks good but there are small defects, I would have returned it, but I paid a cabinetry person to put it together as it is complicated and there are a look of small parts. The top piece is not aligned at the bottom, so it is not flush when closed. I can add a picture if you need proof. I liked it so much I actually bought another one.
