Wrong watch - twice!

This is not a leather banded watch. You will receive a mesh banded watch. As a Christmas present, I ordered this as described yet received a mesh banded watch. I called Macy's to re-order because returning this item and waiting for a reissue wouldn't have arrived before Christmas. The second order was also a mesh banded watch, not a leather band. I again called Macy's. Poor customer service. This watch ships directly from the manufacturer. Product is not as-described.
