TERRIBLE PILING

Love the look of this couch but the fabric looks terrible after just a few months of use. The fabric is piling all over the couch, anywhere we seat, even though we have it covered most of the time. Do yourself a favor, do NOT buy this couch.

Not Good Quality

After 7-8 months, these couches pill and look worn. They also make noise when getting up and sitting down.

Super firm!

This couch is great for this price! It was the firmest couch we found at even close to this price which is what we wanted. It feels very sturdy. The only thing we wish it had was a chaise attached! It’s also very short in terms of depth with removable legs so it fit through our narrow doorway to our basement easily!

It’s a love/hate relationship

I love the modern clean lines of this sofa. I love the comfort of this sofa. I loved the crisp look of the upholstery but alas after only 5 months it no longer has that crisp look. The fabric is pilling badly. We purchased the sofa, chair and long bench and all are pulling or fuzzy. Macy’s sent someone out to look at it but wouldn’t standby the product because we have a dog. I can assure you this was not caused by our dog. It is doing this everywhere our bodies touch when sitting on it and on the bench that we put our feet on. So, I’m disappointed and wouldn’t buy again even though I love the look and comfort of it. Might be OK for a living room but not in the everyday use Family room.

Sounds Broken, Less Than 4 Months Old

I bought my couch in December and in less than 4 months it started sounding like a squeaky old mattress... I don't think anyone over 180 lbs has even sat on it yet.
