Might be nice but never arrived

I ordered three items that seem to be very cute, of which this is one. But none have arrived and it’s been difficult to get an update. The tracking said it should have been here last Wednesday but the message says there has been some kind of exception not due to the carrier. When I attempted to “chat” with customer service, I was told I would be updated within 11 days but it’s in transit. So I have no clue as to the status. Then I get this email to review a non delivered set of products.

Had For newborn

This is a replacement outfit the original was given away . My daughter had a picture of her son in the outfit and wanted to keep the outfit for him when her son was older with his pict. The outfit was misplaced or given away . I was very happy to be able to find the outfit again and give it to her . The outfit is really well made ,and a keepsake treasure.
