Shipping and Communication Problem

Hasn’t arrived but was supposed to a week ago. Tracking number provided has no information. I can’t reach an actual Macy’s customer service representative to answer questions about the order (that includes two other rugs). Now they send an email asking me to review the items that haven’t arrived?
