My review has to do with the method in which Macys used preliminary and unauthorized information to order and ship this item. I am really disappointed to see the Macys I have known for 50 years stoop to this kind of business practice.

WORST SERVICE EVER!

I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ITEM BECAUSE WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE LOCAL STORE FOR PICKUP, NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL, EMAIL OR TEXT ME. IT WAS EVENTUALLY RETURNED TO THE SHIPPER, AGAIN WITHOUT TELLING ME (OR, APPARENTLY, YOU!) , SO I HAD TO HUNT IT DOWN. THE ORDER WAS EVENTUALLY CANCELLED. UNFORGIVABLY POOR SERVICE!!!!

Cast iron cooking made easy with quality skillet

This skillet is my first piece of cast iron cookware. I looked at the Lodge web site to learn how to cook with cast iron. That web site also gave me tips on how to clean and season cast iron. I love cooking with with this quality product and have purchased other pieces of Lodge cast iron cookware to round out my set.
