Support? What support?!

There is not for a back sleeper, or side sleeper, but maybe a stomach sleeper. There is no way this pillow weighs 7 lbs! I have neck issues and this does nothing to support it. My head goes straight through the pillow, with virtually nothing between me and the bed.

Does NOT feel cool

This pillow does NOT have any cooling feature like it boasts. I bought this figuring it would be a great cooling pillow, but it is hot, not cooling. It is firm and comfortable, but you will not feel cooled down at all. I returned mine and recommend you choose another pillow. Very disappointed with this purchase.

The pillow in concern is reversible with one side being cold and the other side not so cold so you can adjust it to your preference sanders-collection
