Does not come with a guarantee

It’s nice and beautifully made, but Smaller in size then the pic. Didn’t come with certification of the gold metal or the diamonds. Called costumer service but way too long to get to them so returning the purchase. Will not purchase expensive jewelry next time online from Macy’s.

Eh not impressed for the price

I have to return it because this is a very low quality Stone. Since I own a 30x Jeweler’ Loop, I’m able to examine the piece. The facets are not well polished. There is a chip on one facet and the cut itself is low quality. To the naked eye, it’s a pretty ring. The diamonds sparkle and catch the light. The color of the Stone is the only thing I like about the Stone. It’s a true London Blue, deep blue green in color but it lacks clarity. I had ordered an EFFY Ocean Blue Topaz at the same time, in order to pick one of the two. Although it’s not a London Blue, the EFFY Ocean Blue Stone is top of the line with an excellent cut, high polish and very clear stone. I’m keeping the EFFY and will look for a London Blue elsewhere.
