Good Quality Leather and Reliable Performance

I purchased this sofa from Macy’s and have been using it for about 8–9 months now. It has been working really well. The leather is soft, high quality, and has held up nicely over time. The motors are functioning smoothly, and I haven’t faced any issues so far. Delivery was right on time and hassle-free. Overall, it’s a great sofa for the price point, and I would definitely recommend it.

Wow what a couch

I love this couch. The leather is beautiful. The Bluetooth speakers worked great. The reclining controls are tucked in a little bit too tight in-between the arm & cushions. There is a learning curve figuring out the controls but we had a few good laughs trying to figure them out. The phone charging pad does work but I would consider it a trickle charger, use the USB charger in the compartment. The button you push to open the drink holder, beware not to touch it, there's a hair trigger & it will try to close w/ your glass in the holder. That button would work better in a lower position away from the charging pad, maybe on the front of the console just above the drink holder, we tapped it several times so I don't recommend disposable cups. The cushions are firm but very comfortable to me especially when using the zero gravity feature WOW it helps my back. The headrest works perfect for me & I'm 5'9. My fiance is 6'1 and would like to have the headrest higher w/ more of a fluffy pillow.
