Good Quality Leather and Reliable Performance

I purchased this sofa from Macy’s and have been using it for about 8–9 months now. It has been working really well. The leather is soft, high quality, and has held up nicely over time. The motors are functioning smoothly, and I haven’t faced any issues so far. Delivery was right on time and hassle-free. Overall, it’s a great sofa for the price point, and I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Sectional

I love this sectional. It is very comfy to me. The color works beautifully in my home. I love that the chairs are oversized, and the speakers in the consoles are a nice touch.

Poor back support and annoying Bluetooth issue

It looks beautiful but then shortly after the back support is non existent. Bluetooth is frustrating bc anyone that doesn’t live in your home can connect to it. I wish it was password protected. The couch depth is a bit short but I didn’t realize it until I tried to lay down across the couches with my 2 dogs. The gaps between each couch chair seems to grow so things drop between the gaps and become a hassle to get out.

Poor back support and Bluetooth issue

I wish the cup holder/charger didn’t come with speakers or at least gave you the option to make the Bluetooth password protected. Too many people link to my couch and it’s not from my home but from my neighbors. I’ve tried renaming the Bluetooth and STILL people link to it after a few weeks. I also purchased this couch thinking it had great back support but after a few months, it’s no longer comfortable. The couch depth is also short. I’ve only had this couch for less than a year

Love this couch!

We love the soft leather and style of this couch. The lines are simple and clean. The feel is supportive and inviting. We have gotten many compliments about them.

Beware! Overcharged and Ignored for Months!

I recently purchased this sectional from Pleasant, California store when it was on sale, but to my shock, I was charged the full price instead. After multiple phone calls over the past two months and hours of stress, they have STILL not refunded me the difference. It's been nothing but delays, broken promises, and poor customer service. I am extremely disappointed with how this store handles issues, and I would highly advise other customers to be cautious when shopping here. You may end up paying more than you expect, and good luck getting your money back.
