Wanted to like this

Macy's - again - needs to figure out how to ship items so that they do not arrived in sad shape. This necklace arrived wrinkled at the top! In addition after seeing this at the store, it became obvious that the weight/balance of this necklace is not right and therefore it will always look tangled and messy.
