Sequins falling off getting stuck in zipper

The fabric is uncomfotable, ichy not soft at all. The sequins are falling offand gettingstuck on each other and gettingstuck in the zipper. Could not zip the zipper down more than 3 inches. Not true to size. a 12 is more like a 14.

snags

It's a beautiful dress, fits true to size. (I'm 5'8", 160 lbs, and ordered a size 12) The sequins snag on the thread which is loose by design and has a lot of potential to get pulled, and on the zipper, so after just trying it on I decided to return it. I don't think I'd get more than one wear out of it before it was ruined from snagging.

Material

This dress was stunning! However, upon arrival came out of box w/ sequence on sleeves all connected, messy! There were sequences on the rug after just merely trying it in, & arms kept getting stuck to dress while on. Not sure how this would fare for an entire event!
