Brand Madden Girl please pay attention
Please do not scam on quality unless the large portion of your purchases are elsewhere. I don’t care. I work hard. Yes this was a good price but still not worth it and upsetting. The style is nice but the top of my fourth not even working around hurts so much I cannot wear them again, but please people need to go back to the quality of the way things used to be.. That’s why I gave two stars.

No more shopping at Macy’s
I ordered these shoes online and when I received them they were clearly used as a floor sample both bottoms of the shoes were very worn and dirty. The inside of the shoes also showed signs of wear and tear. I took shoes back to the Fairfield Solano Mall in Fairfield, CA. I spoke to the shoe department manager (Natalie) as well as the Business Admin Manager (Dustin). Although, I wanted the shoe and it was not available at any location they were only willing to discount the shoe by 10%. That was not acceptable, per both Manager they refused to discount the shoe to 15%, claiming store policy and that there was nothing further that they could do. Lack of Customer Care from both Managers!!!! I’m pretty sure they could have done more but chose not to in this situation!!!
