Beautiful chairs
These chairs are AMAZING! Very easy to assemble and they are very comfortable. They do come in a big box but come well packaged. The chairs have stoppers/sliders so it won’t scratch the floor.

Versatile, comfortable and durable chairs.
I love these chairs, so comfortable and durable. I especially love the fabric. I really like how they came packaged. The legs and hardware were zipped up in the bottom of the seat of each chair. If you follow the directions carefully, you won’t have any issues with assembly.. These chairs are also very versatile. I highly recommend.

Very well made chairs!!
These chairs are absolutely beautiful! And very well made! Me and the hubby are chubby and they hold us both great! And comfortably also!! They are easy to put together too!! I highly recommend them!

Frustration
March 2025, I ordered the bar stools that match these chairs. I went back the next week to order four matching chairs and the system says "undeliverable to my zip code". Now, I have paid for shipping of the bar stools and cannot get the matching chairs. I went to Macy's and inquired today about why my zip code is no longer acceptable for shipping. The sales lady said they sold out of both the stools and chairs. In addition, they have been discontinued.

Disappointed.
I bought 6 chairs(3 boxes of 2 chairs) Chairs are pretty, but a nightmare putting the front legs in. They are suppose to slide into the opening and bolt them in.....NOT. We had to buy a wood chisel and take chunks of the wood blocks out in order for the angled chair leg with the pre drilled holes to line up. What should have taken minutes took two of us hours. Look elsewhere!

Comfortable and classy
Don’t mind the plastic, I am keeping it on there until the room is finished being remodeled. The assembly was pretty easy, there is a manual and everything you need is in the pouch under the chair. Very sturdy and comfortable, very pretty, a little low for my taste. Great value, I am happy to have tested this.

Terrible horrible.
Chair tearing within 1 and half year with minimum used. I always get bad quality furniture from Macy’s but I make the same mistake. Thread ripped and staple pin came out. Horrible quality. You should give me back my hard earning money.
