Poor Quality Fabric for such a pretty dress design

This is a pretty style dress but the fabric feel and look is extremely cheap. I would expect something of this quality at Walmart. Not Macy's. The sleeve is dolman style which I didn't notice. I have rounded shoulders which look more pronounced in a style like this. The dress style is gorgeous, hopefully they will make it in a better fabric.
