The delivery went well. I opened the box and immediately noticed one of the couch’s legs was bent. I don’t have to time to find boxes to return it.

3 months agoBad Quality/Not Comfortable
Besides the water damage and smell caused by it, the quality does not resemble the pictures. The couch is NOT as full as it appears, the bottom cushions are about 5-6 inches lower and sink when you sit, the back cushions fall everything you sit and there's no way to attach them to the backing to stay in place unless you add some type of velcro strip, the back cushions are smaller and not as full, not comfortable to sit. I was told by the manufacturer it will take 3 days for the complete fullness to come in. it has been 5 days and remains the same as when we initially assembled it. if it weren't such a hassle to return due to its size and disassembly I would return it.

This couch came in two compressed cardboard boxes. The material for the frame was a thin gauge metal. Not satisfied with the quality
