Ripping at the Seams within Months

We lightly used this chair over 7 months (sat on it under 50 times) and ripped at the seams. It has a large tear right between the seat and the back. Unfortunately, I think we are going to have to throw the whole chair away soon.

Maison Boucle Teddy Bean Bag Accent Chair Set

I received this set very fast and unpacked it according to the directions and let it sit for the 48 hours. I just love it! I did not want to spend a lot, as this is being used in our master bedroom for when I want to catch up on my shows without having to be in bed and all of my other TV's are being used by the boys lol! It is very comfortable and cozy for my needs!

VERY DISAPPOINTED

I have been trying to return these chairs and ottomans since December 27, 2024 without any success!!! I can only speak with Macy's outsourced associates that have continued to say that they will send me labels to return the merchandise because it cannot be returned to a Macy's location. The final day to return os 1/31. This has been so disappointing and NOT A GOOD MACY'S EXPERIENCE!! I will NEVER purchase furniture or 3rd party items through Macy's again!!

poor quality

I purchased this set for my wife for Christmas. The chairs cushions have a hardened material inside. I have contacted Macys and the retailer and no one is getting back to me. I have been trying to get this handled since 12/27/2024
