I have not enough strength

It was EXTREMELY difficult to fill it with water. You need a better design on that. It will be a very good product at that time.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We have shared your message with our development team and plan to include more in-depth instructions on the product packaging. In the meantime, we are happy to provide further instruction here. The valve on the Whoozit Water Mat is designed to prevent unwanted leaking should the cap come open. In addition to the cap, there is a flap inside the valve to prevent water from escaping - pushing the flap in will allow water to enter. To locate the flap opening, grasp the open cap in your hand and, using your thumb, press on the flat plastic inside the valve. You will notice that one side of the plastic will bend in, allowing the water to enter. Apply pressure to the flap when filling the mat to ensure water entry. Will not fill with water

Received this as a gift and while it is a great idea, the mat will not fill with water. So disappointing!

Please reach out to customer service team at help@manhattantoy.com or at 1-800-541-1345. They will be more than happy to help and/or provide a replacement. Here are some trouble shooting tips for filling your Whoozit Water Mat: Dislodge the plug cover on the underside of the mat, use your finger or a non-sharp object to press on the plastic located within the plug cavity to reveal a plastic slit. The plastic is rigid, so widening the opening will require some pressure. Once you have successfully widened the slit, this will allow for water to easily fill the mat. Once filled to recommended levels replace the plug.
