terrible wrinkles

Macy's does not fix problems with coats, such as the serious wrinkles embedded in coat during shipment. I asked before purchase if they can steam them out for me and was told they no longer have any services at store. I could not get these wrinkles out at home. I used to love Macys, but it has turned in Walmart.
