Perfect jacket!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and HE LOVES IT! He says that it is the best present he has ever received! It does look great on him: very sleek and elegant while also highly functional. He loves all the pockets, the 3-in-1 construction, and the removable hood! It's a gorgeous jacket that will last for years and years, never going out of style.

Sticking with Marmot

First-class Parka

Second buy. First one from 2017(?), left the shell in a rental car March 2025. Kept the old insulated component. Loved the XXL jacket because it fit my misshapen body (6'4", 230 pounds, 50" chest, 38" waist) and was super high-quality. Sleeves were long and wide enough and had the nice velcro closure, could cinch the waist easily to keep out the snow/wind and keep the jacket from "flapping around." Love the removable hood because when you wear a helmet, you don't need it and it just gets in the way. Usually buy parkas every 20+ years...(if you don't lose them)

Great 3 in 1. Well worth the cost.

Great 3 in 1. I always buy 3 in 1 jackets for their versatility and packability. I've happy with it. High quality materials and construction that I can tell will last. I was initially concerned that it might have a boxy fit. I'm 5'10 and slim with long arms. It's sometimes hard to find a good fit all around fit that fits both my torso and has sleeves long enough. I was pleasantly surprised by the fit of this jacket (a medium). It's fits perfectly and is not too boxy. There's just the right amount of room for layers without feeling like I'm swimming in it.

OUTSTANDING AND VERSATILE JACKET

Jacket is well made and fits comfortably. Shed rain and snow like Marmots high end alpine jackets plus has the ability of using the included insulation layer or your favorite sweater or vest. I wear it in Alaska, where I live, and have found it to be extremely versatile for skiing or on the water.
