Very Pretty

I had been eyeing this for a while in Macy’s. It’s part of a Farmhouse Collection by Martha Stewart. I purchased this not knowing how cute it would actually look on my stove. It brightens up my stovetop, and I plan to purchase the platter that matches soon.

Not as pictured...

I was really excited about this spoon rest. Unfortunately, the product being sold in the stores is not like the one in the picture. The paint job of the radish part is just a horizontal brush stroke going across, whereas the picture shows the paint color pulling down vertically. The shortcut in the paint job really affects the overall asthetic of the piece taking it from quality to shoddy. Sad.
