Awesome Cast Iron Pan for Price

Expected food on this pan to stick the first few times but was very pleasantly surprised that it did not! Great pan to make roasted vegetables and any type of sautéed dish or savory crepes like dosas. Being cast iron it is heavy like all cast iron usually is. A keeper for sure! Feel fortunate to have got a reduced sale price on it too!

Surprisingly good

Whatever I cook on it comes out really good. Natural nonstick makes everything easy.

HEAVY!

I really want to like this pan... its a great size, I love the angle of the edge and I got it on sale at a great price. Only thing is... its REALLY HEAVY!! Much heavier than my other cast iron pan. I'm keeping it because my husband says he doesn't mind the weight but also acknowledged it being much heavier than our other two pans (one of which has a greater circumference). So I guess we're keeping it. Make sure you don't mind the weight before ordering.

This iron skillet is perfect I have only needed to curate once so far and everything that I have used it for has come out perfectly .

Great skillet

It’s super heavy but it cooks great and evenly. When washing, make sure to dry it really well or it will rust.

Good purchase for the price

It was easy to season the pan. Suggest you use Crisco lard instead of oil. My next one will be Lodge brand its a better quality then Martha Stewart.
