Very disappointed

It broke before I expected. It didn’t even last 6 months. I would like to replace it or have my money back

Faulty clasp Dont buy!!!!!!!

this clasp is faulty. it does not stay closed, i just gave this to him and he has worn it twice and it has fallen off each time. we are lucky that we were able to trace our steps and find it. i am hoping they will still return the item as it is stating that 12/20 was the last return date. I am so very disappointed in this item
