Came with one loose pin

As usual, it came quick and in a beautiful gift box as birthday gift to myself, very attractive watch and with my initials engraved. Love it ALTHOUGH when I opened the box the watch just fell(not hard fall) because one pin was loose and was out. I recovered it but it happened again. Seems like I have to use glue for it to stay and not lost it but it shouldn’t be that way. It should have been safe and reliable. Now i can’t wear it because that pin just doesn’t stay in place/ not tight. unhappy, won’t purchase watch again. Also came with no manual.
