Trapped!

Very pretty. Actually even more beautiful than I expected. But, I can’t get it off. I’ve searched the internet for tips. No luck.

Misleading item

I bought this bracelet. No I did not look at the size. Once received it is only 2 1/2 ,inches, who has a wrist that small other than maybe a 3 year old

Damaged!

I bought this as a gift and first of all it arrived in just a plastic bag. No box! How am I going to gift a bracelet in just a plastic bag? Second the bracelet is damaged, it's rusted. The diamonds look like they're glued on. The clasp doesn't even open. Very disappointing with packaging and the damaged product.
