Run Large.

I ordered size L in R, I did not notice the P option when I added to my bag. Fits me long usually all pants fits me that way. But is a cut around the high hip area that has a very prominent curve cut that make it look weird, thats why 4 star fabric is slightly thick medium weight I would say. Look baggy on me so I will reorder a PM one. Has two pockets in the back. I like the texture of this one.
