Avoid MK bags with this type of strap clasp

while i love the bag design, the cross body strap has broken twice-each time less than a week after i took it home and I have had to exchange my brand new bags twice now. MK doesn't honor the warranty if you purchase at Macy's and they don't sell the straps separately anymore. I would take a look at the type of clasp and avoid this one if you want to use the long strap. Very disappointing for an expensive designer purse.
