beautiful but dirty

beautiful beautiful!!! However, it arrived dirty with fur collar on inside out. It looks like it was either worn or someone really had no respect when trying it! I'm keeping it because it is gorgeous but it really annoys me that i have to pay to have it cleaned before I can wear it!! Unfortunately, this is becoming all too common. People please please respect clothing when trying on.
