Falls apart!

I agree with ALL of the reviews. One wash (following the directions) and the seams come undone. Very disappointing for such an expensive, name brand jacket.

Disappointed after 2 uses

The threads starts coming out after 2 uses.. not worth the price .. i wish i could return it

Missing down fill!

There are sections of the sleeve that have absolutely no fill in them! I wore the coat and was cold and couldn't figure out why until I checked out the sleeves. It is flimsy and really doesn't represent Macy's or Michael Kors products well! Very disappointing - I do not recommend this jacket at all, packable or not.

Smells Terrible

I was happy with the look and feel of the coat until I wore it outside on a day with very light rain. It started stinking so bad and made me self conscious the entire day. I followed the instructions online to dry it out along with towels. The smell would go away when I dry it but resurface every time I wear it outside. Since I don't want to be stinky when I reach somewhere I stopped wearing this jacket. Total waste of money!!

Was happy until I washed it

I wore this coat in the Czech Republic for two weeks in December. Loved it. Warm enough and comfortable. But I washed it, followed all the instructions including putting tennis balls in the dryer and when I removed my coat the bottom hem opened and the down was coming out. Because I'm going away at the end of January to Mexico I glued the hem so I can wear it from Philadelphia and roll it up to store it in my carry on. Until I washed it I would have given 5 stars.

barely any down in it.

I am so disappointed with this coat. There is barely any down in this coat. I did not realize this until I washed it. The little bit down gathered in one spot and left rest of the space empty. Even after drying, the down does not spread out to fill the space. I cannot believe how little down there is in this coat. I bought it due to my previous experience with down MK coat shorter size. I bought that one in 2014. I still love it so much. That one did not feel like this. Alhamdulillah.

Poor quality

It’s thin will not keep you warm and poorly made. The threads are coming out. I am very disappointed with this purchase. It’s definitely not worth the price

Love it!

Super cute and comfy coat, not for temps below 45 degrees though. I live in MN where it gets really cold and it’s just not warm enough for the real winter weather at all! More of a fall jacket.
