a couple a couple months after I purchase the handbag the strap where you can carry on your shoulder the Buckle broke and now I have to carry it by the handles I have no shoulder strap.

love the bag, but the measurements are not correct. Bag is not 16 inches, it is only 13. I ordered Brandy and I LOVE the color
Incorrect size
I didn't read the reviews before however the size is incorrect. I was expecting a bigger bag however it's super cute and love the color so I'm keeping. I carry a laptop for work which now won't fit but will make do.
Live it
Love it, very nice in design, stylish. the one I bought is maroon color, the actual purse looks much much than photo online, I also bought this style in 3 different colors and gave to my relatives as new year's gifts. They all love it !
Unhappy Shopper
Lovely bag however the size of the bag is incorrect. The description states that the length is 16" (incorrect) it's 11 1/2 and the height is 9" (correct) by 5.14 also correct. I wasn't happy when I pull this out of the box because I could see that the size was off right away. Money was refunded. Upset in Michigan
Came scratched
I bought this bag online and was super excited when my order was ready for pick up. When I got home and opened the box the purse had a scratch on it and did not come with a dust bag. returning the bag as soon as I get a chance.
Great handbag
Love this handbag and the color and manycompartments.
Look is really nice
I would give it 5 stars if the measure is correct. I expected a large one but came a medium sized one. However, since it is cute, designed well, I decided to keep it. It is not soft leather, which is good and bad, depending on your preference.
