Pretty shoes but don’t fit probably

I bought these shoes but they don’t fit probably. I’m a true size 9 , the shoes are too long and and too wide. I keep them because I like them and bought an insole that I can keep them. Very disappointed

Love the loafer style Michael kors sure did good . Fit is good and comfortable got 8 my size perfect.

MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SHOES EVER

I wore one day them and they were so uncomfortable, yes they look great, but no worth for wearing them a day to work. I contacted customer service and they won't accept my return because they have to be in a new condition, I explained my situation but MK doesn't care! Such a disappointment!!! Sheila

Terrible Sizing

Bought these in luggage color, looked great out of the box. Tried them on. The right shoe fit perfectly, the left was huge - and I don't mean loose, I mean it flipped off my foot. I'm a Sz 9 and buy MK shoes all the time. This was truly disappointing.
