Sent a different shirt

Sent a different shirt instead of the solid black I received a black shirt with gold chains printed all over. I returned it and was charged to ship it back even though I never ordered this shirt. I did eventually receive the correct shirt which is fine, just awful customer service to charge me to ship something back I never ordered. Will shop at Dillards from now on

Beautiful blouse but the back stands strange. Little too short as well.
