Stuck with this.

I am usually very happy with items that I purchase from Macy's but I have regrets about this item. I love the color but the blouse has three problems, one is:the top of the zipper catches the hair at the back of the neck which is very uncomfortable and troublesome. The second problem is, the clasp for the hook, at the top back, is very hard to connect. The third thing is the interior thread, at the top, front, it is itchy and irritating. Sorry, but it is made wrong.
