Terrible Condition

These gold mercury glass votives r larger than expected & very pretty. LAST ACT, ordered 6 sets/2. 1 box has shattered votive & all items look as if they’ve been n a hot warehouse bc mercury gold glass damage 2 every votive ie heat n storage caused mildew & not bright & shiny. Circles & spots all over. Going 2 soak n warm water & Dawn 2 try 2 wash off again 2 c if come clean. Didn’t 1st try. & since LAST ACT can’t rtn. Not Mikasa standards!! MACY’s has great sales but if u notice lots of inventory is old & some seem like seconds & know some r previous yr. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought 10’s of 1,000’s $$ in 2024. On April 17th & 18th had biggest shoe sale & feet changed over yrs w pregnancies, age, never wearing shoes. Placed 2 orders on 4/17/24 & bought tons even in other sizes 2 c what fit per brand best. Charged over $16K on AmEx 4/17 orders & 4/18/24 ordered more items & total almost $6K. Orders NEVER OPEN 2 do RTNS, calls 2 supers, not open 4 them & later told order#’s not exist!

Not as Expected

This came well packaged and nothing was broken but I didn't expect them to be so big as they are votive holders. I didn't like the appearance and they look cheap, to me.

destroyed merchandise

The votives are beautiful but one of them were broken into pieces. The rating would have been a 5 if the candle had been received in perfect condition.
