No chart size available

I ordered a xs because that size was the only size that they had available at that time. I measured the taut yet stretchy bust/waist band and it came up to be 25 inches. My measurement is 28 inches under the bust. (I wear a 32D) The xs ended up being tight for me, however, because of the stretchiness, I can still manage to clip the back together and wear it comfortably. The top is cute however, I prefer a size small along with some cup inserts. (Of course you can pop in your own cup inserts yourself) I wish Macy's added a size chart so it would've helped with the sizing issue. This swimsuit is perfect for smaller busts.
