Dead Battery Upon Arrival

Had to send it out for repair for another 3 weeks

Battery

I love the look and feel of the watch but when I received it the battery is dead. I have to take the watch back to Macys for sizing the band so I will see what they say about the battery. A little disappointing

Another Disappointment

Either the watch I received was defective or the battery was dead--either way, defective. The item was not functional when I received it. More than that, it felt cheap. The bracelet is lightweight, feels almost plastic. Unimpressed, as I've recently had horrendous experiences purchasing jewelry and watches with Macy's as of lately.

I bought the Movado Swiss Heritage Daltron Watch for my partner for Christmas. He is very happy with this classy Movado watch. It fits elegantly on his wrist. No adjustment needed.
