sent me a poor substitute

after waiting for weeks only to receive a bracelet that looks nothing like the one I ordered online, and they almost got away with it had I not reviewed the purchase information. very upset, being a platinum holder for 20 plus years. tried calling corporate and the numbers I had don't work. refund is not acceptable, I really wanted and waited for this bracelet.

Nice bracelet but the closure too small

Very cute but the box lock closure is too small and hard to close it. Looks elegant and gorgeous. All stones are beautiful and fits well to a small wrist
