Outstanding book full of practical advice!

In Muscle for Life, Matthews shows that it’s never too late to build muscle, lose fat, and get healthy, and then he provides a time-proven and science-based blueprint for eating and exercising that can help anyone get from wherever they are to fit, no matter their age or circumstances. I also loved that Muscle for Life isn’t another 30-day challenge that’ll beat you up and burn you out. So many diet and exercise programs don’t work because they’re simply not sustainable. The diets are usually too offbeat and restrictive, and the workouts are usually too grueling or boring. Instead, Muscle for Life is a 30-year plan for getting and staying strong, lean, and fit . . . for life, haha.
