Horrible White Glove Delivery
My worst delivery experience ever! We picked the premium white glove delivery expecting the featured service. Do not expect the staff deliver your furniture with care. Small scratches on our new sofa. No pads and door protectors and carelessly assemble in one minute. The staff rush leaving right away without cleaning all the mess. It is when I state to them that vacuuming and removal the mess should be included then they reluctantly did the cleaning for 3 minutes. Picking the white glove delivery is totally not worth it!! The sofa itself is great and comfortable. The delivery is so disappointing!!!

Top Notch Sofa!
This sofa is amazing. We have had it for over a year now and it still looks brand new. We use this sofa every night and the cushions are still firm, and comfortable. The leather, the stitching and the piping still look great. The delivery was easy. They brought it into my space (ground floor) and removed all the packaging for us. It looks like a sofa that should have cost much more than did.

Stay Away!!!
For starters actually bought this couch brand new about eight years ago at a competing furniture store here in our local local area. It lasted a good eight years with no issues no problems. Had a family member that needed a couch so wound up giving my old one to them. Then the problem startedI bought this couch and had it delivered and just sitting on it for a couple hours. Put a huge indent, not just in the seat cushion, but the arm cushion and the back cushion . I called Macy’s repair they sent out the young man he said yes, it shouldn’t be like this. so in about three weeks they delivered the same thing and it happened to that alsoBut on the newest couch, I sat on it for 10 minutes and then there was gap between both seats so wide.I bought the five year warranty, they took it back and refunded my money.Don’t get me wrong it’s beautiful . But if you’re like me, you want a new couch to last for years and years to come.So if you’re still thinking about buying it, please beware

Problems at 3 weeks
Beautiful sofa, smooth and soft leather. BUT, husband sat down near the center and we heard a loud cracking noise. Macy's sent out a repair person and discovered the frame was fine, but he pulled out what looked like 2 POPSICLE STICKS that were cracked and was the only thing holding in the center foam between the two cushions. The center seat area had suddenly felt like the grand canyon after we heard the loud pop and this was why. The repair man was able to staple in the foam and at this point, is satisfactory. How long this lasts is anyone's guess. Pretty crappy construction for a beautiful and not cheap sofa.
