The Current Myia is now made with lower grade leat

I was so hurt to find out that the current Myia is NOT the same high quality leather than it has been in the past 3 years. We bought a Myia 62 inch Terra Cotta loveseat 3 years ago and it was and still is a beautiful, shiny, soft and supple leather that is aging naturally and beautifully. I bought the same piece or so we thought, on Sept. 4th and set directly across from our old one- we were surprised to quickly discover that the piece bought on Sept. 4th was NOT the same as the one we owned - it was plasticky, hard, matte with no sheen or shine. We sent it back - exchanged it for another a second time - hoping that the first delivery was a fluke. Sadly it was not a fluke - the manufacturer has changed the leather grade - so what you think you're buying - you are not. Very sad. We are totally changing brands and may stop purchasing furniture from Macy's - which breaks my heart - as we are longtime furniture buyers from Macy's. The Love Affair may in fact be over!

Seat cushions failing

We liked the look of this…and the color…but after just a few months, the support in the seats is already failing. No kids to jump on it. I weigh 168 pounds; my wife weighs much less…so we aren't punishing it. We're really disappointed.

WORRY NO MORE Protection Plan

Do not purchase this plan as it is a complete scam! I filed a claim and basically without giving them any information as to what happened my claim was denied. I responded and they basically blamed me for not protecting my furniture. Save your money and don't purchase this protection plan!
