Love this sofa!
I bought the terra-cotta 82 inch sofa. I thought it looked a little shiny in the store, but it doesn’t at all. The leather looks like it’s a very good quality and the sofa looks much more expensive than the price I paid. Love it.

Blue Loveseat Loses Its Dye!
If you want a loveseat that lasts more than 2 1/2 years, don’t buy the peacock blue one! We got ours in June 2023 and the dye is coming off the seat in a big way. We have the orange one and the green recliner and both are fine. But the blue is not worth your hard-earned money. Adding insult to injury, Macy’s customer service is wretched. I called for help with this, at least a way to buy some of the dye, and the guy told me he can’t do anything, only the manufacturer can. Let me note that the Miya line is made for Macy’s. I pressed him and he told me he would contact them and have them call me. Nada. I emailed the manufacturer. Nada. My guess is that they all know the blue is defective, so they dodge customers who call about it. But at least I can warn others not to make my mistake. I love this furniture, but now I am stuck with an apparently unrepairable eyesore in my living room. Please don’t buy the blue! Save yourself the time and money.

love this couch
I had great experience with customer service. They assisted me when I changed my mind and wanted to order this couch instead. Very courteous and helpful. The couch and love seat I ordered are very comfortable, great quality leather. It looks exactly like featured online and got here in 1 week. We have always ordered Macys couches and so do my kids, never were disappointed.

Exactly what I wanted
I didn’t even see this in person when I ordered it, but I am so glad I took the chance. The movers were miracle workers and managed to get this thing up a small staircase and into my apartment. Top notch job and I definitely tipped. It’s sturdy but not stiff and uncomfortable. The color (green apple) is what I was hoping for. I wish I had the option to attach a photo. Hopefully this thing holds up.

Beautiful sofa
My sofa just arrived. I love the styling and the leather. The color, "ivory," leans a bit toward a soft cream/butter, which I knew in advance because I ordered a free swatch. As some reviewers have said, the sofa is quite firm. I'm hoping it softens up a bit, as indicated in the description. But I suspect the stiffness might be better for a slouchy girl like me!

Blue loveseat
Looks good and feels sturdy. The delivery was quick and very professional. We are happy with this live seat and will use it daily. Hopefully, it will last a long time
