Beautiful Ring
The ring looks just as it is pictured online. Has nice color changing effect based on the lighting and angle you look at it. Nice mix of purple and green colors. Initially I wanted an alexandrite but the lab alexandrite didn't have an much color as this mystic topaz. The diamond halo complements the stone well. Only downside is the band is very thin and low quality diamonds. Overall pleased with my purchase.
Upc and customer service issue.
The ring is fine. Howrver, every time we ordered it (twice online, and once in store), the UPC would change from size 8.5 to the size 7. It even happened to the jewelry counter associate. The foreign customer service people would not not listen to us when we called to complain, and claimed that we were just selecting the wrong size on multiple occasions. When you add a size 8.5 to the cart, you get a receipt for a size 7 after checkout. That is a pretty frustrating problem.
Absolutely beautiful.
I bought this for myself, first jewlery I have ever purchased on my own that has been real. It's beautiful! The light hits it and you can really catch the purple and green coloring when it shines 10/10!

I am so happy with this purchase. It is much prettier than my expectation. I bought size 6.
Pretty but…
My 16 year old wouldn't notice the flaws but I certainly do. I believe they sized it down and the shank is really thin now. It's also not a perfect circle. I have other rings from Macys and they are all size 7 so I never have to size them up or down. I can see the difference and I hope my daughter does not. I'm actually disappointed but it's too late with Christmas coming and all the shipping will be too slow at this point.

Big win with my granddaughter
Graduation gift last year for my granddaughter. It is a pretty ring, well made, that is unusual with a good amount of bling!

Very Disappointed!!
I ordered this ring around December 11 with a delivery date of December 23. A ring was delivered on December 20, which was not what I ordered. I called the Macy's number on the order on the 21st and did a return and placed a replacement order and was told delivery would be December 24. I received shipping confirmation on the 26th which as of today the 28th has never been updated. I am still waiting for my order and hope it is correct this time.
