Poor workmanship and very disappointed

I purchased this bed frame which had one leg that leans out like the leaning tower of Pisa. I tried to have Macy's fix the issue but only received run arounds as their phone representatives are unable to re-order a replacement as it seems to need to go through the Special Order department that never responded after multiple attempts. The footboard appears to have a hole where one of the legs is inserted to not be straight like the others and interestingly later I noticed their ad shows that leg as slanted which must mean it's a full-on manufacturing issue which Macy's did not resolve. Would not buy furniture from Macy's again after this poor service response experience.
