Really REALLY flaky - do not buy!

I got this for Christmas from my mum and was excited to use it considering how much I love other Nars products but it is TERRIBLE. The work day ends with flakes all over my eyes and black smudges underneath. Its application is clumpy too. Also if you, like many others, go to the gym after work then I would take this mascara off before any kind of activity to avoid looking like you've been down a mine after 40mins of gentle exercise.

The mascara I've been looking for!

I am 68 and want a more natural look. So, l want a mascara that simply darkens my lashes, no lengthening or making them look thicker. This is the one!

Do not buy this mascara

This has to be one of the worst mascaras iv ever bought! It’s expensive, but it is so dry and flakey even on the first use. It seriously needs reformulating! It has left my eyelashes looking clumpy and flaky and looks like iv used a 6 month old mascara on my lashes, not impressed at all!

Best mascara ever!

I've tried many mascaras over decades, and this one makes my lashes look longer and lusher than any others! They almost look like I'm wearing lash extensions. It's the best.

Clumpy

This mascara brand new applies very clumpy. Doesn't look good at all. Looks like you are using really old mascara. I purchased this and it was a waste.

What a mess

Maybe I got an old bottle? I applied a single coat and the mascara went on thick and globby. I had to use a lash comb to comb out the blobs. By mid day, I had quite a bit of flakes under my eyes. When I tried to swipe them away, they left black smears. This is the first mascara that I have ever returned.

Not A Fan

One thing I can say, I like the feel and look of the product, but not a fan of the wand and brush. I tried this brand for the first time, and did so beause of the reviews. For me, this mascara is too think and while applying it made wet clumps on my lashes. The brush did not separate, but it did lenghten a bit. The spiney bristles I am not a fan of becuase they are too flexiable, I need a "regualr" bristle brush.

Fabulous Mascara!!!

I had been using another brand of mascara for years and then my Nars manager at Bloomingdales in Aventura, Fl, Sarita, convinced me to try Audacious Mascara. Wow what a difference!!! It coats and thickens my already long lashes and makes them look more than fabulous. I have since purchased not only the Black, but the Dark Brown mascaras a couple of times when the ones I had got dried up. I cannot recommend this mascara highly enough! Go out and but it and you will love it!!!
