Doesn't last long

This is the 3rd Christmas I am putting up this tree and half the lights are already burned out. There are huge sections that are dark. It's not true that if one bulb goes out, the rest say lit. Very disappointing!!!

Not 10 feet

From the bottom of the stand to the top of the tree it's under 8 feet tall.

Stand broke

The stand broke after being up for 2 weeks. We're the foot is welded came undone in 2 spots. The tree was falling over and my husband caught it. We need a new stand.
