Uncomfortable awkward sizing

These are the most uncomfortable casual shoes I’ve worn! The back is so wide that the heel is constantly trying to slide out. That being said they run small in the length. My toes were all the way to the end, but they don’t make half size after 10 so there’s no way to see if that would improve the fit at all. I was disappointed
