I bought it because my doctor told me to,but I didn’t think it would work but it did and I am sleeping much better.

Excellent product. The Nature Made 3mg is the only one I could find that is USP Verified. The other dosages are not only the 3 mg

Melatonin is a great over-the-counter sleep aid. 3 mg is the right dose.

Melatonin - very effective

I've been using Nature Made Melatonin 3mg tablets for years and it has always been very effective. I never feel drowsy yet, somehow, I always fall asleep within 5 or 6 minutes of lying down. Nature Made, in general, makes an excellent product.

This is a great melatonin supplement, I’ve used it to helpme with sleep. It is easy to swallow. I have had some great sleep the few nights I've taken this. I try not to take it too often, and it's very non addictive
