Jacket not received

Same here… I ordered mine before Christmas and all my other 12 items arrived but here I am Jan 15 2024 and my jacket has still not arrived. It’s about to warm up outside. What’s going on Nautica. How do I rate an item I haven’t received…. Need other options besides stars.

I need a replacement or a refund.

I order this jacket as a Christmas gift for my fiance on Dec 21st here it is Jan 10th still have not received this jacket. And they don't want to replace it or give me my money back... very disappointed
